PTD - Challenge 33

This weeks challenge at Pear Tree Designs is to add the colour blue to your card and I created this:

Materials used:

• White card
• Papers & sentiment from Pink Petticoat Vintage Rose collection
• Decoupage topper (can't remember the name/make of it)
• Flower gems (from stash)
• Blue metallic marker pen (Papermania)
